COLORBOND Steel is far more than paint on steel or powder coat
- The steel base is made to meet Canadian Standards, which makes sure it is the right grade and strength. The base is then covered with Metallic Coating, which is the best in the business, to make it more resistant to corrosion.
- A thin Pre-Treatment layer is put on to help the next coats stick better.
- A primer that stops corrosion is baked onto the surface.
- A topcoat of specially made outdoor paint is baked on to make the finish resistant to chipping, flaking, and blistering and to make sure it keeps its designer look for longer.
